HOW IT WORKS

 
  • This introductory conversation will teach us about your team—its strengths and challenges—and give you the chance to learn about our programs. We will walk you through our training curriculum, explain our methods, and discuss the expected results.

  • Following the introductory call, our team will provide a recommended program and calendar. We will connect with the point of contact at your organization who will partner with us on the cohort or team selection, and identify the tools we will use to measure the program’s impact.

  • Witness the individual and organizational transformation that occurs when your team members unlock their potential and become True Contributors.

 
 

About The Founder

True Contributors Founder Dr. Nahed Artoul Zehr is a trained researcher and former university professor turned executive leader. Throughout her career, Dr. Zehr encountered teams and organizations that had tremendous potential but were lacking the skills to reach their desired goals. Although they had acquired industry training, they lacked the foundational set of skills needed to perform at a higher level—things like emotional agility, a growth mindset, or the protocol for having a hard conversation. 

With these things in mind, Dr. Zehr dedicated herself to learning what it means to be a True Contributor: a person who holds presence, forms trust, and operates with excellence. In other words, a person who gets results. She has put these skills to use in her own life and career, as well as in the organizations she has led. Dr. Zehr has a proven track record of results in every domain she has worked and founded True Contributors to give this learning to others. Through True Contributors, combining her academic and real-world leadership skills, Dr. Zehr has created a program that can equip anyone, regardless of their place in the organizational chart, with the skills they need to thrive at their workplace–and become a True Contributor.
